Princess party FAQs

Once we've checked performer availability and confirmed the date, time and package you've chosen, we take a 25% deposit to secure your date. You can pay it through a booking link we'll send you when you're ready.

Your balance is due in the week of your party. We send a confirmation message on the Monday, so you know everything ahead of your party!

Deposits are non-refundable. If we're unable to carry out your booking, your deposit will be refunded in full.

In some circumstances we can move your booking to a new date. This is on request and depends on performer availability.

For our 30 and 40-minute packages, performers arrive around 15 minutes before the booking. For any hosted party, they arrive 40 to 50 minutes before it starts.

Yes. We make up the pass the parcel ourselves, and we provide all the sweets, bubble machines and magical dust.

Children should aim to arrive 15 to 20 minutes before the performers start, so everyone is ready for the characters' entrance!

Payment should be made no later than the day before your party, using the same bank details as your deposit.

If you've booked one of our live singing packages, all the characters sing live to our very own backing tracks, creating a real West End-style performance!

All our performers are trained to stay in character throughout your visit. We take extra care with accents, mannerisms and each character's story, ready for any child's questions!

We have a mix of professional singers and non-singing performers. All of our performers have theatre, dance or performance experience.
